At Rare Klub, we ensure every product undergoes rigorous quality testing and thorough inspection before dispatch. In the rare event of an issue with your product, we strive to resolve it promptly. We accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Defective Product: If your product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we will gladly accept a return or offer a full refund.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, we will accept a return and promptly replace it with the correct item or issue a refund.
Damaged During Shipping: If the product sustains damage during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or refund.
Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, kindly raise a return request within 4 days of receiving the product by logging into your Rare Klub store account or by writing to us at care@rareklub.com.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Approval and Shipping: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. This process, from initiating your request to our approval, may take 2-4 business days.
Please note that if the return request is raised within the first 4 days of receiving the product, we are fully responsible for resolving your concern. Any operational delays, if they occur, will not affect your eligibility for a 100% refund or the shipping of a replacement product.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at care@rareklub.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
